Missions

Start small, online. Then a table of people you trust. Then lead.

Inside Iran? Read this first

  • I do not need to know who you are. Do not tell me where you are.
  • I never ask you to see anyone or to go anywhere. Every mission that does is marked outside Iran only, and is taken off this page once you say you are inside.
  • No mission here asks you to report, post, or show your face. There is nothing to prove and no XP to chase.
  • Reading needs no account. If you make one, use a name and an email that do not show who you are.
  • From inside, the most useful thing you can do is stay safe and know who is with you. Making noise is the job of the people outside.

Everything that is safe for you, and why

Join

Minutes, online, from anywhere outside Iran. Say hello first.

  • Say hello in the live chat5 minutes15 XP

The show is live every day. Its chat is the fastest way to meet the people here.

The show is live every day, and the chat is where its people talk while it is on.

    1. Open the live stream on YouTube while the show is on. The corner of this page says when.
    2. Say hello and one thing you want for Iran. You never have to say where you are.
    3. Answer one person in the chat. That is how you stop being a stranger here.

What to send as proof. What did you say, and what did someone answer?

Family in Iran? Chat from an account that carries no real name and no photo of you.

  • Introduce yourself on the Discord5 minutes15 XP

The members talk on Discord between shows. One line about you is enough to start.

Discord is where the community of the show talks between shows.

    1. Join the Discord with a name you are happy for strangers to see.
    2. Write one line: what brought you here. Where you live is yours to keep.
    3. Answer one other member.

What to send as proof. What did you write, and did anyone answer?

No city and no workplace. If family in Iran could be found through you, no country either.

  • Answer the front page question5 minutes15 XP

Who in Congress can Iranians count on? Name one, and say why.

If I got a score wrong, I change it the same day and say so. It starts with someone telling me.

    1. Open the front page and tap the question near the top.
    2. Answer in your own words, in Persian or English. Other readers can answer you.
    3. Posting takes a free account. Pick a name that does not show who you are, if that is safer for you.

What to send as proof. The first line of your answer

  • Share one member's score5 minutes20 XP

Show the score that surprised you most to people who vote in that state.

Behind every score is the vote or the source. Anyone can open the name and check it.

    1. Open any member's page from the scorecard.
    2. Tap Share at the top of the page and post the link where your people will see it.
    3. Add one line of your own: the vote behind the score that surprised you.

What to send as proof. The link to your post

  • Post the three words on X5 minutes30 XP

People inside Iran write it on walls and banknotes. You can post it in ten seconds.

16 videos so far, most of them filmed inside Iran. Every post from one more account makes the three words harder to ignore.

    1. Post this on X: President @realDonaldTrump, meet Prince Reza Pahlavi. #TrumpMeetPahlavi
    2. Leave links out. A post with a link gets almost no reach.
    3. Copy the address of your post and bring it back here.

What to send as proof. The link to your post on X

  • Send one friend one mission5 minutes15 XP

Someone you know cares about Iran and has done nothing yet. Send them the one that fits.

Start with the people you already argue about Iran with.

    1. Pick one person. Not a group chat.
    2. Send them the one mission that fits where they live and what they can do.
    3. Ask them to tell you when it is done.

What to send as proof. Which mission you sent, and what they said

No names. My cousin in Texas is enough.

The campaigns

About an hour each. This is the work the show puts on screen.

  • Film your own Trump, meet PahlaviAn hour100 XP

People inside Iran cannot show where they are. You can. Film it in front of your city.

One meeting, in public, on camera. It would take the President one afternoon.

    1. Write Trump meet Pahlavi on paper, a sign, or your hand.
    2. Film it outside Iran, in front of something that shows your city.
    3. Post it with #TrumpMeetPahlavi, or send the file to Armin Navabi on Telegram.
    4. Posted it yourself? Bring the link back here.

What to send as proof. The link to your posted video

Only a video you filmed yourself, outside Iran. Never a face or a place inside Iran.

  • Cut one minute of Pahlavi SpeaksAn hour120 XP

Most Americans have never heard Prince Reza Pahlavi speak for one full minute.

Nobody watches a forty minute speech. Everybody watches forty seconds, if the first sentence lands.

    1. Pick a real speech or interview of his in English. Never an AI voice, never a sentence he did not say.
    2. Cut it vertical, 9:16, sixty seconds or less. Start on his strongest sentence.
    3. Put English subtitles on the picture. Most people watch with the sound off.
    4. Post it with #PahlaviSpeaks and bring the link, with the name of the speech.

What to send as proof. The link to your edit, and which speech it is cut from

His real words only. An edit with one line he did not say is refused.

  • Subtitle a Persian speech in EnglishAn hour100 XP

What Prince Reza Pahlavi tells Iranians in Persian, most Americans have never read.

The people who decide what America does about Iran have barely heard the man Iranians are asking for.

    1. Pick one minute of a Persian speech from his own accounts.
    2. Translate it into plain English, sentence by sentence. Add nothing and soften nothing.
    3. Put the English on the picture as subtitles, vertical if you can.
    4. Post it and bring the link, with the speech it is from, so I can check the translation.

What to send as proof. The link to your video, and which speech it is from

Never a word he did not say. I check the English against the Persian before it counts.

  • Bring a source that moves a scoreAn hour60 XP

A member of Congress said something about Iran and I missed it? Bring the link.

530 of 539 members have said nothing I could find about Prince Reza Pahlavi. Who did I miss?

    1. Find a public statement by a member of Congress: a post, a video, a press release, a speech.
    2. It has to be about Iran, Prince Reza Pahlavi or the MEK, with a link anyone can open.
    3. Open that member's page, switch to its discussion, choose A source and quote the exact sentence.

What to send as proof. The link to the member's statement

  • Bring five people to the DiscordEvery week120 XP

Every mission here is easier with someone who lives near you. Bring five who would do one.

Ten who mean it are worth more than a thousand who liked a post.

    1. Send the invite to five people who care about Iran and have not done anything about it yet.
    2. Ask each one to say hello in the server and name their state or country.
    3. Pick one mission from this page and do it together.

What to send as proof. The five names they use on Discord

Server names only, never real names. Nobody inside Iran is asked to say where they are.

Gather

In person, outside Iran only. A dorehami of people you already trust, or a rally that is already public.

  • Go to a dorehamiAn evening150 XPOutside Iran only

A dorehami is a few people who trust each other, food, and one honest talk about Iran.

I match no strangers and list no gatherings, on purpose. So every dorehami starts with people who already trust each other.

    1. Someone you already know and trust invited you. That is the only way in: I keep no list.
    2. Go, eat, and say what you really think. Listen to the one who disagrees.
    3. Before you leave, ask who hosts the next one. It could be you.

    The rules of this one

    • Only people you knew before this site. Someone who says they are a member here is still a stranger.
    • I keep no list of dorehamis, I match no strangers, and I never send an invitation or a file. If someone says I sent them, I did not.
    • Pictures show the table, the flag, hands. A person is shown only if they said yes to this site and the shows too, not just to your own post.
    • Nobody whose family is in Iran is shown or named, unless they chose it themselves.
    • No address, no house number and no car plate, on this site or in any picture.
    • Nothing is posted during it, and nobody says where it was, before or after.
    • A dorehami belongs to its host. I give a guide and XP. I run nothing, pay for nothing and decide nothing.

What to send as proof. How many of you were there, and what did the table argue about?

No names, no faces, no address. A report is a public post.

  • Show up at a rally already announcedAn evening200 XPOutside Iran only

Iranians rally in cities around the world. Go to one its organisers announced in public.

A rally is seen by the people it is against, too. That is its point, and it is why the rules under it matter.

    1. Find a rally its organisers have announced in public. I list none and I organise none.
    2. Go with someone you trust. Decide before you leave whether your face can be seen.
    3. Carry the flag you came for. Leave people you do not know out of your pictures.

    The rules of this one

    • Only a rally its organisers already announced in public. Never one you heard of in a private chat.
    • A rally belongs to the people who called it. I run none, pay for none and speak for none.
    • Pictures show the table, the flag, hands. A person is shown only if they said yes to this site and the shows too, not just to your own post.
    • Nobody whose family is in Iran is shown or named, unless they chose it themselves.
    • Nothing is posted during it, and nobody says where it was, before or after.

What to send as proof. What was the rally for, and what did you carry?

Nobody else in your pictures, and no city. Not your own face either, if family in Iran could pay for it.

  • Host your first dorehamiAn evening300 XPOutside Iran only

Three to five people you trust, food, one question. It happens because you asked.

A dorehami happens because one person asked. That is why hosting is worth more than coming.

    1. Invite three to five people you already trust. No public post: message each one yourself.
    2. Put food on the table and one question: what would you do in the first week of a free Iran?
    3. Agree the rule before anyone takes a picture: the table, the flag, hands.
    4. Set the date of the next one before people leave.

How many came, what did you eat, and what did the table disagree on?

No names, no faces, no address. A report is a public post.

  • Host a watch party for the showAn evening300 XPOutside Iran only

Put the live show on a screen for people you trust, and argue with it out loud.

A show watched alone ends when the stream does. A show watched together ends in an argument, and that is the point.

    1. Pick a day. The corner of this page says when the show is live, on your own clock.
    2. Invite people you already trust. Four is plenty.
    3. Phones down while it is on. Nobody posts from the room, and nobody says where it is.
    4. When it ends, ask everyone the same thing: what did the show get wrong?

How many watched with you, and what did the room disagree with?

No names, no faces, no address. A report is a public post.

  • Make your dorehami a habitEvery week400 XPOutside Iran only

One evening is a memory. The same people every month can get things done.

The next act needs exactly this. Only a group that kept meeting can lead anything.

    1. Keep the same people and the same day of the month. Add one trusted person at a time.
    2. Give each evening one job: a letter to an office, a video for a campaign, a rally to go to.
    3. Report after each one. This mission can be reported again.

Which meeting was this, and what did the table get done?

No names, no faces, no address. A report is a public post.

Lead

For a table that kept meeting. Get the people who represent you on the record, in public.

  • 1Find your member's Iran score5 minutes50 XP

Two senators and one representative work for you. See what each has done about Iran.

Only for: US citizen, US resident.

Of 539 members of Congress, 9 are on record about Prince Reza Pahlavi. Mostly, nobody who votes for them has asked.

    1. Type your ZIP code on house.gov and write down your representative's name.
    2. Search that name on the scorecard. Then pick your state to find your two senators.
    3. On each page, read the line about Prince Reza Pahlavi: for him, against him, or no record yet.

What to send as proof. Which three names, and the score beside each?

  • 2Ask their office where they standAn hour150 XP

Mostly, nobody who votes for them has asked. Be the one who does. Ask for a yes or a no.

Only for: US citizen, US resident.

Asked what moves a member of Congress who has not made up their mind, 94 in 100 congressional staff said a visit in person from people who live in the district. Source: Congressional Management Foundation, 2017

    1. Call the district office, or use the contact form on the member's own site. Say you live in the district.
    2. Ask: will you say in public that the President should meet Prince Reza Pahlavi? Yes or no.
    3. Then ask: do you want the Islamic Republic gone, and will you stay away from the MEK?
    4. Write down the day, the office and the answer, word for word if you can.

What to send as proof. Which office, which day, and what did they answer?

No staff member's name, and no recording of a phone call. Write down what was said.

  • 3Get the answer in publicEvery week300 XP

An answer on the phone can be taken back. A letter, a post or a video cannot.

Only for: US citizen, US resident.

What a member says in public goes on their page here and into their score. What is said in private cannot.

    1. Ask the office to put its answer in a letter or an email addressed to you.
    2. Or go to a public town hall with two or three neighbours and ask the member on camera.
    3. A signed letter, a public post, or a video of the member answering: each one counts.

What to send as proof. The link to the post or the video, or to a photo of the letter

Cover your home address on the letter. No other person's face without their yes.

  • 4Put it on their page5 minutes500 XP

A sourced answer moves their score, for everyone who looks them up after you.

Only for: US citizen, US resident.

530 members of Congress have said nothing I could find about Prince Reza Pahlavi. Every answer you bring takes one off that number.

    1. Open the member's page from the scorecard and switch to its discussion.
    2. Choose A source, paste the link, and quote the exact sentence the member said.
    3. I check the quote against the link. What holds up goes on their page and into their score.

What to send as proof. The link you posted as the source

  • Get your own MP on the recordEvery week300 XP

Wherever you live, someone represents you. Ask where they stand on Iran.

Only for: Another country, Friend of Iran.

Of 539 members of the US Congress, only 9 are on record about Prince Reza Pahlavi. Nobody here has asked another parliament yet.

    1. Find who represents you on your parliament's own website.
    2. Write to them: do you want the Islamic Republic gone, and will you meet Prince Reza Pahlavi?
    3. Ask for the answer in public: a letter on letterhead, a post, or words said in parliament.
    4. Send me the link. Today I score only the US Congress, and I keep every answer from elsewhere.

What to send as proof. The link to their public answer. Which country, and which parliament?

No private email from a staff member, and no recording of a call.

  • Find your first ten votersEvery week250 XP

Two hundred Iranian voters in one district outweigh two thousand spread across a state.

    Only for: US citizen.

About 750,000 Iranian Americans live in the United States. Half of them live in California. Source: Pew Research Center, 5 March 2026

    1. Start with the people you already argue about Iran with: family, the Persian market, the Nowruz table.
    2. Agree on four things only: the Islamic Republic gone, the Iranian people, Prince Reza Pahlavi, no ties to the MEK.
    3. Keep count: how many of you there are, and how many are registered to vote.
    4. It is your group. I do not run it, take money for it or decide anything for it.

What to send as proof. Your city, and how many of you there are

No names, no streets, nobody's papers. A city and a number.

  • Know your state's voting dates5 minutes100 XPUntil 3 November

Election day is 3 November. Your state's page says what is still open, and until when.

    Only for: US citizen.

Politicians do not answer to communities. They answer to voters they can count.

    1. Open the voting guide and pick your state.
    2. Read what is still open: registering, voting early, voting by mail, and what to bring.
    3. Each date links to your state's own page. Check it there once.

What to send as proof. Which state, and the next date that matters there?

Never tell me whether you voted or who for. I never ask, and it earns nothing here.

Inside Iran

Nothing here asks you to see anyone, report, post or prove anything.

  • See who in Washington is with you5 minutes

Reading takes no account, no name and no email.

A fight needs to know who stands where.

    1. Open the scorecard. You do not need to sign in.
    2. Look up the names you hear in the news and read the votes behind each score.
    3. Reading is all this takes. There is nothing to report.

I do not need to know who you are. Do not tell me where you are.

  • Watch the show. Write nothing.5 minutes

You do not have to write, like or subscribe to anything. Watching is enough.

The Islamic Republic wants you to think you are the only one. Every day a room full of people says otherwise, live.

    1. The show is on YouTube. Open it the way you already open YouTube.
    2. If you ever write in a chat, use an account with no name, no photo and no number of yours.
    3. There is nothing to report. I never ask anyone inside Iran to prove anything.

Never a face, a voice, a street or a city inside Iran. Not anywhere on this site.

  • Learn to send a video safely5 minutes

Filmed something the Islamic Republic does not want seen? Read this before you send it.

Most of what Iran Uncensored shows the world was filmed by people like you and sent in.

    1. Read the whole page before you send anything.
    2. Use a VPN, and send from an account that does not carry your real name or number.
    3. After it is sent, delete the chat on your side.
    4. There is nothing to report. I never ask anyone inside Iran to prove anything.

Never a face, a voice, a street or a city inside Iran. Not in a report, not anywhere on this site.

The ranks

Six, from the world of the Shahnameh. Each accepted report moves you toward the next.

  1. Azadeh0 XP

One of the free. It is the Shahnameh's own word for Iranians, and everyone starts here.

  2. Ahangar100 XP

A blacksmith, like Kaveh: an ordinary person who got to work.

  3. Derafshdar400 XP

A banner bearer. People gather where you stand.

  4. Dalir1000 XP

The brave. You kept showing up.

  5. Pahlavan2000 XP

A champion: strong, and decent with it.

  6. Jahan Pahlavan4000 XP

Champion of the world. The Shahnameh gives this name to Rostam.

How XP works

Only an accepted report earns XP. I read every report. When it does not hold up I send it back and say why, and you can report again.

Hosting a gathering earns more than coming to one, and coming earns more than anything online.

XP is a count of what you did. It is worth nothing in cash and buys nothing.

Outside the missions I give a little XP by hand, for quality and never for how much someone posts, and I write the reason beside it.

Nobody inside Iran is asked to report, so nothing here earns XP from inside Iran.

Outside the missions, by hand

  • A source of yours that I add to a member's page10 XP
  • A correction of yours that I fix on the site10 XP
  • A mission idea of yours that I add to this board10 XP
  • A post of yours that starts a real conversation5 XP
